Norfolk International Let's Fly Volunteer Sign-Up

Aid Another is collaborating with Norfolk International Airport for Let's Fly, an annual practice boarding event aimed at assisting individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, and their caregivers in becoming more familiar with airports and air travel. The 2026 event is scheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 29, with check-in beginning at 4 p.m. and the event wrapping up at 7 p.m. Participants will go through each stage of the airport process — check-in, security, boarding, and taxiing on the runway — in a supportive and welcoming setting. Volunteers play a crucial role in making this experience possible for participants and their families.
