Welcome to Bay Buddies Fishing Trip!
At Bay Buddies, we strongly believe in the power of inclusivity. We all know that individuals with disabilities often have fewer resources available to them, which can make it harder for them to fully participate in society.
Bay Buddies creates fun and educational experiences for individuals of all abilities to learn about their local environment.
This experiential learning opportunity will take place aboard the Dockside Fishing Charters.
Individuals will partake in a safe yet fun style of fishing near South Thimble Island in the Chesapeake Bay.
The trip is open to those who are 8 years of age and older. Bay Buddies is providing one-to-one volunteers for each individual which can serve as a respite for the parent/caregiver. It will be from 1p - 4p on May 4th, 2025. Bay Buddies will provide cold waters and gatorades. Snacks are available for purchase on th…
